How to download Instagram Reels on iPhone and Android
Instagram lets you save Reels to a collection, but not download the file to your phone. If you want to keep a Reel for offline viewing, back up your own content or use the audio, you can do it from your browser in under a minute.
1. Copy the Reel link
Open the Reel and tap the paper plane icon (share) or the three dots, then Copy link.
2. Paste it on SaveVidz
